Meet our Coaches
In 1998, coaches Mirko Spasojevic and Christopher Loustaunau began training players during school breaks, summer months, and weekends. They provided a unique opportunity for elite players to train outside their clubs to advance their soccer skills by receiving private soccer instruction between their collegiate soccer seasons. Soon there after, Spasojevic and Loustaunau developed a 12-month soccer program for young local soccer players seeking the same competitive advantage. Our coaches bring to the table a diverse and impressive background in the sport of soccer, as players, teachers, and coaches. The CWSC, Director of Coaching, Mirko Spasojevic, has coached many players who now play professionally throughout Europe and/or attend college on soccer scholarships, including Baggio Husidic, who currently plays for the Swedish 2nd Division Hammarby IF (signed a 5 year $750,000 contract with Generation Adidas - played 3 MLS seasons for the Chicago Fire, 2009-2011). Coach Mirko's training philosophies prepare young people to compete at the highest levels of soccer and to develop the personal qualities needed to achieve their own goals—sportsmanship, confidence, and leadership.
